Who I Am
Mike Lane is the founder of Lane Metalcraft. I have been working in the CNC field for 20 years. I started machining just after high school in a family friend's shop, where I learned about the challenges and possibilities working with raw materials in machining. I started out as an operator and found out quickly that programming and design is where my heart is. I love the challenge when someone says "that's not possible to make" and it doesn't hurt that I am a bit of a computer nerd.
